Okay, so the issue I'm encountering is that while Illya/food is an ELEMENT of the vast majority of fanfic, the ones that are really food-focused all have slash elements.

I think that's because people like to talk about Illya/food from Napoleon's perspective, and that just leads to things.

But would you like a recommendation or three of Gen fics with food elements, even though they are not primarily about the food?
