Yes, exactly. Though the quote part is from earlier in the episode.

I don't blame her for getting ticked at him totally ignoring her, but showy gestures like that never turn out well. And man... the way he just left her behind there... makes me want to not like him so much.

But Four and Sarah Jane is still my favorite Doctor - Companion group.
