I embarrassed myself at the game yesterday. I tried not to, but someone started complaining about having to give up the plot points he was saving (Hey-hey, same problem as last week) and I got pissed.
I got none of them this session, like the first one. It seems that I will continue to get none, since I have the same problem I had with the Exalted game.... how the heck am I supposed to do something COOL by someone else's standards, when everything I want to do gets shot down?
I both love and hate plot points.
I get shy, you see. I try and try to find something I can do that'll work, and well, and make the game more fun and make sense, and then I try to suggest it and
NO
DAGNABIT. Not fun for me. I end up hiding in my little cave until I get pissed off enough to snap at someone or do something BIG and GRAND (which pisses off someone else, but darnit, I had to) .... and now I'm down to 2 plot points where I'd had 4 at the beginning of the session so now I have to hoard them more, and he's COMPLAINING that he has to use some because he has 12?!
GRRRRRR.
I talked to Jeff about it while he drove me home, and we'll see what we can do to fix the me-feeling-uncreative-and/or-useless situation. But I get the feeling that I just suck at this type of RPG.
