mayamaiaThank you to Matt for taking dictation two nights ago. His reaction was beautifully comic, too - I got repeated interruptions of "Are you okay, Maria?" and "Come visit me in SLO - I have yet to get shot at here."
Heh. It actually wasn't scary (a loud THWACK I'd thought was someone throwing a rock at us, a guy telling the driver "Dude, someone shot yo' bus." and a perfect spiderweb pattern with a 3/4 inch wide crater in the pane), just - well, I'm fascinated at the proof of everything they told me when I first got special lenses for my glasses. I half wanted to measure the indentation and look up the durability of polycarbonate to figure out the speed of the bullet. (NERD!)
