Long my favorite Rammstein song, now more so.
I always thought it was, in the end, a ghost story... I translated the last verse as "On Death Sunday one may hear out of God's earth this melody - there did they discover, the tiny heart continues beating."
Correct translation, just looked up: "On Death Sunday (a German holiday) did they hear, from God's field this melody - there they removed him from the bed, the tiny heart in the child was saved."
HA! More evidence that people misjudge their songs! HA!
