In which a Californian complains about the weather

I want food, but I don't want to brave the cold to get it. I want my own personal free delivery service. *grumble*

(Be aware that I would be walking and my jacket is made for rain but not for cold. So the effective temperature is much chillier.) (If I were at home I would just layer on the sweaters and be fine. Alas I am not.)
